We're never too insecure to promote a rival business especially when we hear about one in trouble. The Halal Restaurant not far from us has been serving the East End of London excellent curries for over 80 years. They might not have been around quite as long as us but it's still a fine effort. Sadly, like most hospitality businesses locally, it's struggling badly due to reduced passing footfall as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and it may have to close. This would be a sad loss to the area so if you're passing by, please show your support by popping in and enjoying one of their fine curries.
